This new paradigm of leadership is different than it has been before. This is a time for you to share who you are, what you stand for, why it matters, and why you care.

People want to connect with you.

They want to have an experience with you.

 And you want to create your change in the world, to be with your family, to do what you love – and get paid… right?

These two pieces go together.  And yes, it absolutely has to do with the next level of VISIBILTIY you are willing to step into – and it doesn’t have to be a painful death experience to allow yourself this next level of freedom.

Yep, I said it.  Freedom.

When you can just show up and be who you are, without all the trying, the masks, the wondering, the guessing… it’s freedom.

When you have the experience of really owning the fact that you are here to create your own version of magic in the world, you realize just how exhausting it has been doing it the other way.

 And at the same time sharing yourself doesn’t have to mean holding nothing back and walking around NAKED on social media… ummm, NO!

 It’s about allowing yourself to be in your leadership energy, choosing what you want to share, and doing it from a place of trust, connection, and divine guidance.

 Not over-analyzing, over-thinking, and over-stressing yourself about every word, story, and picture!

So I’m curious, do you have this feeling like you KNOW you need to/want to share more of yourself, your thoughts, your perspective, your expertise into the world – even if the thought of it makes you want to pull the covers over your head and hide?

 It’s ok, I hear you.  And you CAN do this.

This is not about teaching you a thing.

I’m not “a writer” in the traditional sense of the word.

And that’s ok!  That’s not what we are doing here.

This isn’t about “HOW TO” write.  This is about sharing who you are and allowing it to flow through you from your TRUTH!  That is what people want to connect with, the truth of you, your essence, your greatness, your real’ness.  (Do you see that, I used the word real’ness… not a word, but that’s how I want to communicate to you the essence of my message in this moment, so there it is!)

I invite you to the TRUTH ZONE.  Sound scary?  It’s not really, I swear!
