Original Medicine: A Foundational Practice is a monthly gathering where we work with the deeper current that brings healing and creation into one movement.

We meet in a three-hour workshop each month and stay connected between gatherings through one live call and an online space that holds the field as it continues to move.

During our time together we work with a foundational practice supported by sound, writing, clearing, and deep listening. The practice strengthens your ability to live from your medicine and to let what you are creating find its right shape through your body and your life.

As the practice settles into your system, life begins to organize around what’s true for you.

You can join for one month or stay as it becomes part of your rhythm. Replays are available, and you can cancel anytime.
